On August 1, 2022, the FCC granted the request of Peloton Interactive, Inc. (Peloton) to withdraw its petition requesting a limited waiver of the Commission’s rules requiring the accessibility of user interfaces on covered digital apparatus. Both the American Council of the Blind (ACB) and Telecommunications for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, Inc. (TDI), have indicated support for the withdrawal request.
